NEIOM has handheld an Organic FPC named as Hadingma Gunjung Organic Producers Company Ltd, with the objective to cultivate best quality certified organic Ginger & Turmeric.

NEIOM is the sole official promoter, controller, and Manager of all activities of this FPC from Cultivation to Certification, from Marketing to Finance.

Located in only hill station of Dima Hasao Council (Assam), the FPC is known for its high quality fertile soils, unadulterated lands & traditional natural farming knowledge.

Established in 2021 under Central Government Scheme MOVCD-NER,  the FPC has 500 hectares of NPOP certified Organic Land.

Our area farmers have been growing Ginger & Turmeric for last 500 years in this region. Hence our farmers have got the ancient traditional Knowledge of growing the best Ginger & Turmeric naturally.

As our farmers were already practicing kind of Biodynamic Farming, we have also applied for Demeter Certification in January 2026.

We strive for Women Empowerment. Out of are 500 farmers, 200 farmers are Women Farmers. This ratio is increasing as our focus is primarily to add more women farmers in the FPC.
